CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
Our activities for under 18s are supported and overseen by the Up and Coming Team, working alongside the leaders of our Sunday groups and the Boys' and Girls' Brigades Companies.
CHURCH LIFE
ART GROUP
Join us on a Monday afternoon to paint, draw and create! You don't have to be an accomplished artist to take part; aspiring artists at any level are most welcome to this friendly and supportive group.
BELONG
Held bi-monthly on a Sunday evening, this inter-generational event helps all ages explore themes of the Christian faith alongside fun, food, friendship and worship.
CHOIR & PRAISE BAND
Contributing to Sunday worship and other events are our active Choir and (separate) Praise Band. The Choir has rehearsals on Thursday evenings and before the Sunday service. New members welcome to both.
COFFEE MORNING
Have your fill of home baking and a warming cup of tea or coffee, alongside friendly conversation, every Thursday morning during school term-time, 10.00-11.30 a.m. All are welcome!
FELLOWSHIP GROUPS
Small groups of adults meet online or in local homes to study the Bible, share stories and pray together. They are a great way to make friends, be inspired and learn more about God in an relaxed environment!
FRIENDS OF JESUS GROUP
This group for adults with learning disabilities meets fortnightly on a Thursday evening 6:45 – 8.00pm. It is a time of praise, prayer, sharing, Bible study and getting to know more of Jesus as our special friend, in a language that is relevant and understandable. Each person, regardless of disability, has skills and gifts to share. Jesus sees us and loves us all equally.
FRIENDSHIP PLUS
Meeting on the third Wednesday of each month from 2.00-4.00 p.m. this group is for both men and women of senior years from the surrounding area. Tea, coffee and cake will be available as well as a speaker or entertainer.
GUILD
As part of the wider movement of the Church of Scotland Guild, this group invites and encourages both women and men to follow Jesus Christ and express their faith in worship, prayer and action. Meetings are on Mondays and include time for fellowship and friendship, with a cuppa, speaker and worship.
PASTORAL GROUPINGS
All of our members are linked up with a Pastoral Grouping Leader, to have someone they can reach out to for support or have visit them at home. Contact us if you would like to explore membership or change how you are supported by your leader.
