The Upper Braes Parish Church, as an Employer, has this Health and Safety policy in place to ensure we have fulfilled our statutory duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all associated regulations. This in turn enables us to ensure and protect the health and safety of all employees, volunteers, visitors, general public and contractors "so far as is reasonably practicable" in connection with the operations and activities of the Upper Braes Parish Church.
This policy is made in fulfilment of the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and any other relevant legislation and regulations.
