Pre-Fives Group

What

If you bring your babies and pre-school children along to the sessions in the Church halls, you’ll find a place where you can to let them enjoy a safe play environment and where you can take time to meet others, chat to people in a similar situation and make friends.

The sessions last for 1 ½ hours and during that time there are plenty of games and toys to suit all ages (for the children that is!) and the children get a healthy snack and there’s tea, coffee and a biscuit for the adults too. The sessions cost £1.50.

When

The sessions are on Tuesdays with one session in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The morning session starts at 9.45 and goes through to 11.15. The afternoon session starts at 1.00 and goes through to 2.30.

A little help...

With the addition of the extra session, we’d really appreciate it if we could get some extra helpers to allow this to happen (don’t worry about making the commitment, you only have to help when it suits you on a rota basis).

Why

When you have a child, it can easily lead to you feeling isolated from the people that you used to meet frequently and so this group gives you a place to relax and make friends. We look at this is a really important service that the church provides for the community. And as the church isn’t the building, it’s the people in the building, if we meet together, we grow as a church.
